An interactive Diploma course providing an in-depth study of Bright coaching and it’s theoretical foundations through discussion, group exercises, self-study and live coaching practice.
Designed in line with The Association for Coaching Accreditation Scheme this course provides sufficient training hours for coaches wishing to pursue Professional or Master Coach Accreditation with the AC.
Along with learning coaching skills the course also encourages self-reflection and personal development. You can join one of the courses that are running at various times throughout the year or book a full course exclusively for your team.

Course Structure
Classroom Teaching: 84 hours of classroom sessions.
Self-Study: 70 hours of self-study
Coaching Practice: 3 observed coaching practice sessions; 44hrs live coaching practice.
Assignments: Case Study and Personal Coaching Approach.
Coaching Supervision: Two sessions with course tutors/external supervisor.
